It is extremely important that all identity documents uploaded are of the highest quality, following best practices listed below.
Here are some best practices to follow to ensure successful processing of Applications.

- Use photo files (ex .jpeg,.png) - Centered, clear images - Good lighting - Ensure full document is viewable (no cut off edges) - Double check that document is uploaded in correct slot - Double check document is NOT expired (Documents that expire within 30 days may require a new document upload) |
