Opening a new customer account
Customers can only be created through a new application (i.e. Onboarding) and will be created with an initial account for the asset type you selected during the application process. You can create additional accounts for fiat and cryptocurrencies to existing customers be clicking Customers from the left menu, click on an existing customer.
and clicking the Open account button on the right hand side of the customer detail view.
Once on the customer's account page, you can create a new account by clicking the Open account button on the right side of the customer detail view.
In the pop-up, create a unique account id to identify this account, choose the Rail product, and select an asset type you'd like to use this account for.
When confirmed, you can create any money movement including simulate an incoming wire (sandbox only), deposit, withdrawal, transfer or exchange.
Managing customer status
You can update the status of the customer or add additional accounts for that specific customer by selecting the “Manage” button on the customer overview page to update the status of the customer including Closed and Frozen. Click here to learn more about the different account statuses.
